According to PG Tips sales of black tea are falling in the UK. Over the past year, black tea sales have decreased 5% while green tea sales have been up 10% in the same time frame. Fruit and herbal teas are up 8% year over year. The increased interest in fruit and herbal teas has caused major tea brands like PG Tips to introduce new teas. PG Tips has introduced several new teas, including flavored green teas as well as herbal teas.
