PG Tips is asking competitors to join together to launch a National Tea Break during this difficult time.
We’ve found ourselves lonelier than usual as there is a lockdown and some are separated from their loved ones.
As such, PG Tips came up with a way to bring our nation together, even when we are apart.
PG Tips together with other tea companies are trying to launch a National Tea Break at 3 PM each day.
A time where people stop what they are doing and make a cup of tea, enjoy brewing with a friend or family member. Other can enjoy it over a virtual chat or in their garden with a neighbor over the fence.
To make it possible, PG Tips penned an open letter to their competitors. Urging them to get involved and spread the purpose of this tea break.
